CAD Designer – Vectorworks
£30,000- £35,000 per annum

1to1 Group are looking for a CAD Designer proficient Vectorworks for our client in central Winchester. This would be a permanent position with the hours of 9am- 5pm, Monday to Friday.
The role would primarily be CAD design including the initial setup of topographical surveys, as well as assisting the directors of the business.
Role Responsibilities:
·Preliminary Work: initial setup of topographical surveys, received from surveyors.
·Assisting with Concept Stages: setting up and printing plans ready for design directors.
·Drawing up and preparing plans.
·Tender Packs: preparing and updating surveys and collating all construction details.
·Site Monitoring: attending site with directors, preparing site monitoring notes, and if necessary, making follow-up changes / updates to Construction Plans.
Essential Requirements:
·The successful candidate must be proficient in Vectorworks.
·Strong experience with MS Office. Including Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
·Previous experience in a similar role is required.
