1to1 Group are working with their client to recruit for the role of Sales and Customer Service Representative for an innovative and progressive company based in the beautiful Hampshire countryside near Stockbridge with the hours of 8am- 5pm.
Key Responsibilities:
·Answer incoming calls confidently and communicate efficiently
·Process customer orders
·Upsell using the many marketing tools
·To action and complete customer service issues as they arise
·Follow up quotes, orders and applications accurately, with drive and enthusiasm to maximise sales.
·Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to effectively assist customers.
Requirements:
·Full driving license with access to car
·Experience using MS Word, Outlook and Excel
·Knowledge of Customer Record Management systems

·21 days paid holiday (plus bank holidays) This can rise to a maximum of 24 days with the offer to buy/sell holiday.

·Uncapped commission structure (payable once training is complete) plus super league sales competition held monthly where the winner can win between £150-£900. After probation commission can be up to £2,000 extra per year.
