1to1 Group are seeking a standalone HR Advisor for our client based near Basingstoke to deliver a comprehensive HR service across the business. You will operate independently to support managers and employees across all levels of the business.
 
This is a full time permanent role, Monday to Friday, there is the potential for hybrid working after probation. The office location is remote so driving is necessary.
 
Responsibilities:
·Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries across the business.
·Provide expert advice and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, absence, and disciplinary matters.
·Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding.
·Maintain and update HR systems and ensure accurate employee records.
·Coordinate and deliver company inductions and training programmes.
·Lead on HR policy development, ensuring compliance with current legislation and industry best practice.
·Support senior leadership with workforce planning and organisational development.
·Produce HR reports and analytics to inform decision-making.
·Drive employee engagement initiatives and support wellbeing strategies.
·Manage ad hoc HR projects and contribute to continuous improvement across the business.
 
Skills and Experience:
 
·CIPD Level 5 preferred (CIPD Level 3 may be considered)
·Minimum 3 years’ experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within construction or a similar industry
·Proven ability to work independently and manage a broad HR remit
·Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
·Confident in handling complex employee relations cases.
