We are working with a well-established and highly respected organisation in the built environment sector, seeking a Legal & Procurement Co-ordinator to join their collaborative and growing team.
This is a varied role supporting legal, contractual, compliance, and insurance-related activities across a diverse portfolio of projects. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external advisers, providing guidance on contracts, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
·Reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial agreements, including client contracts, NDAs, and consultancy appointments
·Supporting contract administration and maintaining accurate documentation
·Providing guidance on contractual risk, confidentiality, and intellectual property matters
·Assisting with professional indemnity insurance processes, renewals, and claims handling
·Supporting compliance activities, including data protection and governance requirements
·Liaising with external legal advisers and assisting with dispute resolution processes where required
The ideal candidate will have a legal background (qualified or equivalent) with at least 2 years’ experience, strong drafting and analytical skills, and the confidence to engage with a range of stakeholders. Experience within construction or a related sector is advantageous but not essential.
