1to1 Group are looking for a hardworking and adaptable Marketing & Sales Assistant to join our team. This varied role will see you splitting your time equally between marketing activities and office administration, working closely with the Marketing Manager and supporting the wider team.
 
The hours for this marketing and sales assistant position are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and it is fully office based.
 
Due to the location of the office, driving is essential.
 
Day to day responsibilities of the Marketing and Sales Assistant:
·Assist the Marketing Manager in designing emails using templates.
·Upload and manage content for social media platforms.
·Update the website with new products, offers, and information.
·Manage and maintain the marketing database.
·Assist in organizing events and marketing campaigns.
·Source quotes and process orders from marketing suppliers.
·Provide general office support, including answering phone calls and greeting visitors.
·Assist with dispatch courier arrangements and related paperwork.
·Support the sales team with administrative tasks.
·Ensure all office duties are completed efficiently, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining supplies.
 
Essential Skills & Requirements:
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
·Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
·Ability to work well as part of a small team and independently.
·Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
·Good understanding of social media and email platforms.
·Customer service and relationship-building skills.
·Previous office experience is essential.
·Experience in a marketing environment or using Adobe tools (Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus but not essential.
·Must hold a valid driving license and have access to a car due to the location.
