Order Fulfillment Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Fulfilment Planner to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient processing of orders and maintaining optimal inventory levels. This position requires a strong understanding of planning and scheduling and experience with various MRP systems, ideally Microsoft D365.
 
Responsibilities
·Planning and coordinating shipments
·Liaising with planners on production timelines to ensure on -time delivery
·Scheduling customer orders to ensure capacity plans are adhered to
·Liaising with purchasers, planners and sales teams to provide delivery and tracking reports
·Face to face reporting to Line Manager of any logistical concerns or delays
·Prepare weekly reports on stock shortages and planning adherence
·Respecting and promoting internal control rules and safety and environmental regulations and practices
 
Experience
·Previous experience in a planning /scheduling role preferred
·Familiarity with supply chain management principles is advantageous.
·Proficiency in using MRP system, Microsoft D365 preferred
·Strong understanding of Excel including Conditional formatting, Pivot tables and look-up formulas.
·Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are essential for success in this role.
·Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with Sales Teams and Production Managers across EMEA
