Receptionist

1to1 Group are recruiting for a Receptionist for one of our clients in Basingstoke. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Role Details:
·Basingstoke
·£13-£14 per hour
·Full-time, Monday to Friday 8am- 4pm
·Temporary contract from 26th May- 30th June
Responsibilities:
·Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
·Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism.
·Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy.
·Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff.
·Provide administrative support, including typing documents and managing files.
Experience
·Previous reception experience is essential.
·Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
·Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills.
·Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
