– Salary: Negotiable plus commission – dependant on experience.
– Hours: Full time OR term time only, Monday to Thursday 9am- 5pm, Friday 9am- 4pm.
– Location: Onsite, stunning offices with plenty of parking
– Birthdays: Extra days holiday
– Full UK driving license required due to the location of our office.
 
Job Description:
1to1 Group are excited to be expanding our Permanent Recruitment division! We are an independent recruitment business with a fun, hardworking team, based in a stunning office that offers free parking. The successful candidate will understand the needs of both our clients and candidates, delivering a high-quality, tailored recruitment service while consistently meeting team and company targets. Alongside expanding the client base, you’ll also have the opportunity to work with a number of highly valued, long-standing clients.
 
 
Key Responsibilities:
1) Sales and Marketing activities:
– Generating new business through lead creation and following up on previous opportunities.
– Attending client visits, focusing on both new business development and ongoing relationship management.
– Proactively working to enhance awareness of the 1to1 brand.
2) Revenue generation:
– Working to exceed KPI’s and company objectives, such as financial targets provided by Directors.
3) Account management
– Developing a deep understanding of your clients by gathering information about their organization, key decision-makers, working environment, and other relevant factors.
– Submitting relevant CV’s to clients within agreed timescales.
4) Resourcing
– Sourcing relevant CV’s against live vacancies.
– Qualifying applicants with phone calls and registration interviews.
– Preparing job adverts and posting them to boards and websites.
5) Administration
– Keeping all files and databases up to date.
– Ensuring compliance with all legislation.
– Supporting with timesheet chasing and credit control as required.
6) Teamwork
– Keeping colleagues up to date and aware of ‘HOT’ candidates.
– Covering phone calls and absences.
– Attending team meetings and contributing constructively.
– Completing ad hoc duties within reason as and when requested by the Directors.
