1to1 Group are looking for a part-time Medical Secretary for our client on the outskirts of Winchester to aid them in ad-hoc holiday cover. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in accordance with healthcare regulations.
Role Details:
·£14- £15 per hour
·Part- time/ ad-hoc
·Temporary on-going
Role Requirements:
·Previous experience as a Medical Secretary is required
·Audio Typing
·Coordinate communication between doctors, patients and medical staff.
·Proficiency in medical terminology and office software.
·Assist with patient intake, including gathering personal information and insurance details.
·Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and direct calls appropriately
