1to1 Group are looking for a new Warehouse Manager to manage our clients small and friendly team in Hedge End.
 
The role entails taking operational responsibility for the warehouse, goods in and goods out, returns, picking/packing etc. There are 4-5 people to manage in the warehouse and you would be reporting into the Managing Director.
 
This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to step into a warehouse manager role and assist with the smooth running of the business and be able to implement positive changes.
 
Day to day responsibilities:
·Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products
·Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to maximize productivity and minimise errors
·Ensure inventory accuracy by keeping in-depth records
·Coordinate with other departments to fulfil customer orders in a timely manner
·Maintain a safe and clean work environment by enforcing company policies and procedures
·Train and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed
·Monitor and analyse warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
 
Required skills and experience:
·Proven experience in a senior warehouse role (team leader or manager)
·Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices
·Proficient in inventory management software systems
·Excellent leadership and communication skills
·Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
·Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
