£33,000 plus bonus
 
1to1 Group are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily operations at our clients Basingstoke site. You will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring safety compliance, and managing all aspects of warehouse activities including inventory control, receiving, dispatch, and facilities management. This role is crucial in maintaining high standards of efficiency and safety, while meeting business and customer needs.
 
This is a full time, permanent role.
 
Day to day responsibilities:
·Team Leadership: Supervise and guide the warehouse team, providing training and conducting quarterly reviews.
·Warehouse Management: Ensure all warehouse operations adhere to the highest safety standards, manage inventory accuracy, and oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
·Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and safety compliance of the site, including buildings, equipment, and grounds.
·Health & Safety: Work closely with the Health & Safety Manager to ensure compliance with all safety regulations, conduct safety training, and manage emergency procedures.
 
Required skills, attributes and experience:

·Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
·Significant experience in a warehouse and facilities environment.
·Previous people management experience is desirable.
