1to1 Group is proud to introduce our Compliance service, which removes the burden of pre-employment screening for our customers and minimises the risk of hiring fraudulent candidates.

Well over half of job applicants commit recruitment fraud by lying on their CV: a rise of 50% in the last decade.

There can be heavy sanctions for employers who hire fraudulent candidates, including heavy fines and criminal convictions for those who hire individuals who do not have the right to work in the UK.

1. Employment Bundle

£74.75 - £117.75 +VAT

  • Basic/Standard/Enhanced DBS:
    £38.75, £48.75, £66.75
  • 2 years of referencing (minimum): £30. Additional £5 for each year. Max 5 years.
  • Right Work (RTW) - Trust ID etc: £6

2. Referencing Only

£25.00 - £45.00 +VAT

  • Tailored to your needs
  • Max 5 years of referencing – can be additional admin costs if more than 5 years are required
  • 1 year of referencing: £25
  • 2 years: £30
  • 3 years: £35
  • 4 years: £40
  • 5 years: £45

3. DBS Only

£38.75 - £66.75 +VAT

  • Basic: £38.75
  • Standard: £48.75
  • Enhanced: £66.75

Compliance Add-ons

  • Option to add on Academic Referencing: starting from £15 + VAT
  • Option to add on Overseas Criminality Check: Priced on a case-by-case basis, starting from £20 + VAT
