1to1 Group are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic, motivated, and personable Operations Manager; to join our client within the development industry. As Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations while providing support to the team, customers, suppliers, and tradesmen.

Skills and Experience:
·Previous experience in an operations, office management, or project coordination role is preferred.
·Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work well with colleagues, clients, suppliers, and tradesmen.
·Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., scheduling software, procurement platforms) is a plus.
·Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
·A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
·Genuine interest in the development industry and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
