1to1 Group are seeking an experienced dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator/ Coordinator to join their team, covering a 9 month period. The role of the Compliance Coordinator is designed to support their recruitment team in ensuring operation of safe recruitment in line with the home office and CQC’s requirements. It is also an essential role in maintaining internal compliance of existing employees.
Role Details:
·Temporary (9- 12 months)
·Southampton.
·£15- £16 per hour.
·Monday to Friday, 9am- 5pm.
·Possibility for Hybrid working.
·Free on-site parking.
·Drivers license is required.
Role Responsibilities:
·Taking and chasing employment references and education references.
·Sending out conditional job offers.
·Completing online Right to work checks.
·Completing DBS checks and verifications.
·Completing drivers checks online and monitoring business insurance and expiry dates.
·Onboarding new team members on to systems etc.
·ID & Eligibility checks including online ECS checks.
·Uploading interview notes.
·Obtaining risk assessments from managers, whether needed for positive DBS notifications, References/incomplete references or Medical requirements.
·Providing access to calendars and ad-hoc recruitment administration as required.
