Facilities Assistant

1to1 Group are recruiting for a Facilities Assistant to aid our client in Winchester in their site support team. Ideal candidate will be reliable, trustworthy and calm in a crisis, with experience in similar roles with maintenance and health and safety knowledge. You will work on a rota and always will work alongside two or three others.
 
Job Details:
·Central Winchester
·£14.50 per hour
·Free on-site parking.
·37 hour week.
·Flexibility around days/ times to fit in with your own commitments.
·Temporary, with the possibility of going permanent.
 
Role Responsibilities:
·Acting as a point of contact for anyone who has a safety or health incident, and acting on the problem accordingly.
·Being aware of people on site and the maintaining security.
·Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with customers, staff and management.
·Opening and closing the site.
·Performing fire alarm drills and ensuring fire safety.
·Knowledge of operations of security measures in place.
·Assist in some general maintenance and repair of facilities, alongside some cleaning.
·Perform routine inspections of facilities.
