Sales & Customer Service Representative
Near Stockbridge, Winchester
Up to £28,000 plus uncapped commission structure
1to1 Group are recruiting for a Sales and Customer Service Representative for an innovative and progressive company based in the Hampshire countryside near Stockbridge.
The position is based in an open plan, purpose-built office … working with a dynamic team of professionals. The ideal candidate will have a real drive to succeed and surpass sales targets as well as exceptional communications skills. Knowledge of Customer Record Management systems would also be advantageous but not essential.
You must be able to drive to work as the offices are in a remote location where public transport isn’t available.
Key Responsibilities:
·To Learn and retain knowledge relating to a range of products.
·Answer incoming telephone calls and processing customer orders with the aim of upselling where possible.
·To action and complete Customer Service issues as they arise, taking personal ownership of the issues in question ensuring customers always go away satisfied with the resolution provided.
·To follow up quotes, orders and applications accurately, with the drive and enthusiasm needed to maximise sales.
·To use the CRM system to maintain a detailed record of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
·Communicate openly and honestly with customers to understand their needs enabling you to provide them with products and/or services required.
·Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and escalate unresolved matters to the appropriate department or supervisor.
·To use the CRM system to provide feedback on customer preferences, concerns, and issues to help improve our products or services to them in the future.
·Continuously seek ways to enhance the customer service experience.
·Ensure adherence to the company’s policies, procedures, and quality standards.
·Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to effectively assist customers and maximise sales.
Skills/Attributes Required:
·Microsoft Office; Word, Outlook, Excel
·Knowledge of Customer Record Management (CRM) systems
·Ability to think quickly and respond to customer demands in a personable way.
·Confidence to communicate effectively on the phone.
·The desire to lead, motivate and inspire others in the business.
·The ability to manage workload, ensuring that tasks get done well and on time in a logical and structured way.
·The ability to manage your time and work efficiently.
·The ability to work well under pressure.
·The ability to form strong relationships with customer, coupled with a confidence to upsell, leading to continual sales growth.
·The drive and enthusiasm to succeed.
