1to1 Group are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our client’s family-owned, global company with a long-term vision and human centred culture.
 
The purpose of the role is to work as part of the wider customer services team to take charge of administrative and commercial relations for installed instruments from the receipt of the sales, placement, rental and / or maintenance contract up to billing.
 
 You will also contribute to the development of customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing the customers with a level of service and trust, developing the company’s image.
 
This is a full-time permanent position. You will have the option to work three days in the office and two days from home after the initial training
 
Responsibilities:
·Manage service contracts
·Manage maintenance plans
·Maintain and follow-up the installed base in accordance with the company guidelines
·Make service offers/quotes to the customer in relationship with sales and customer service
·Inform the sales and marketing team on customer opportunities
·Analyse documents, tools, processes, organisation to make proposals for improving the quality and image of the service as well as optimise profitability
 
Skills:
·Experience within a supply chain/sales administration role
·Experience in medical industry would be beneficial
·Knowledge of SAP
·Strong Microsoft Excel and CRM skills
·Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
·Ability to multitask
·Ability to work as part of a team and follow up on every occasion
